🚀 How to Trade​

Trading on SwapX is designed to be straightforward. SwapX handles all the trade routing and calculations for you, allowing you to focus purely on the exchange.

Trading Setup​

Before you begin trading, ensure you have:

  1. A Wallet: If you don't have one, learn how to get a crypto wallet here.
  2. Gas Fees: You'll need some native chain token (e.g., XOC) to cover transaction (Gas) fees. Learn how to get Gas here.

Trading on SwapX Exchange​

Follow these steps to complete a token exchange:

  1. Go to the Trade page: Click Here.

2. Unlock your wallet by clicking "Connect Wallet" (or use the "Connect" button in the top right corner). If you haven't connected your wallet to SwapX yet, you can follow the guide here.

3. In the "You pay" section (top), select the token you wish to sell from the drop-down menu. Ensure you have a sufficient balance, which is displayed above the token selection.

4. In the "You receive" section (bottom), select the token you wish to buy from its drop-down menu.

  1. Enter the amount you wish to exchange in either the top ("You pay") or bottom ("You receive") section. The amount in the other section will be automatically estimated.

  2. Review all the details carefully. If this is the first time you are trading a particular token, you may first need to "Enable [Your Token Name]" by clicking the button. Once enabled, click the "Trade" button.\

  3. A confirmation window will appear with more details. Double-check all the information. When ready, click "Confirm Exchange". Your connected wallet will then prompt you to confirm this action within its interface.

  4. Congratulations! Your transaction is now complete. You can view its details on a blockchain explorer.
