📜 XOC Staking Agreement

SwapX Platform XOC Staking Product Access Service Agreement​

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This agreement applies to users accessing XoneChain Staking Products via the SwapX platform. SwapX provides only the technical interface and does not control or participate in the operation of the staking products.

Digital asset investment involves significant risk; you may lose your entire principal. Please read this agreement carefully, focusing on Section 3 (Platform Roles), Section 5 (Risk Warnings), and Section 6 (Disclaimers).

1. Definitions 🔍​

2. Scope of Services 🛠️​

2.1 Services Provided by SwapX​

  • Technical Interface: A front-end UI to view XOC staking product information.
  • Wallet Connectivity: Allowing interaction between Web3 wallets and XoneChain smart contracts.
  • Information Display: Visualizing staking terms, APRs, and maturity dates.
  • Operational Guidance: Basic instructions for staking and withdrawal processes.

2.2 Services NOT Provided by SwapX​

  • 🚫 Fund custody or asset storage services.
  • 🚫 Operation or management of staking products.
  • 🚫 Guarantees of earnings or return promises.
  • 🚫 Investment advice or financial counseling.
  • 🚫 Smart contract development, deployment, or maintenance.
  • 🚫 Dispute mediation or resolution.

3. Platform Role Specification (Core Terms) ⚖️​

3.1 Independent Third-Party Products​

XOC Staking is an independent third-party product. The relationship is as follows:

3.2 No Control Statement​

SwapX holds zero control over XOC Staking:

  • ❌ Cannot modify staking rules or APRs.
  • ❌ Cannot pause or terminate active stakes.
  • ❌ Cannot access or transfer user funds.
  • ❌ Cannot intervene in smart contract execution.

3.3 Convenience Service​

SwapX is a convenience layer. Users can interact with contracts directly via block explorers. Service interruptions on SwapX do not affect active stakes; users retain full control via their private keys.

4. User Declarations & Responsibilities 👤​

4.1 User Confirmation​

By using the platform, you declare that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old with full legal capacity.
  2. You understand XOC Staking is independent of SwapX.
  3. You accept that SwapX is not responsible for product operations.
  4. You can afford the total loss of principal.
  5. Your participation is legal in your jurisdiction.
  6. You are using your own legitimate funds.

4.2 User Responsibilities​

  • Due Diligence: Evaluate risks independently before making decisions.
  • Key Security: Secure private keys and mnemonic phrases.
  • Prudent Operation: Verify contract addresses, parameters, and gas fees.
  • Compliance: Adhere to local digital asset and tax laws.

5. Risk Warnings ⚠️​

5.1 Third-Party Risks​

  • Operational Risk: XoneChain may cease operations or change rules.
  • Return Uncertainty: Expected APR may not be met; actual returns could be zero or negative.
  • Smart Contract Risk: Potential vulnerabilities, logic errors, or exploits.

5.2 Market & Technical Risks​

  • Volatility: XOC token prices may fluctuate significantly.
  • Liquidity: Funds are inaccessible during the lock-up period.
  • Infrastructure: Potential failures or forks of the XoneChain blockchain.
  • Interface: Temporary unavailability of SwapX due to server issues or DDoS.

6. Disclaimers 🛡️​

6.1 Third-Party Product Disclaimer​

SwapX makes no guarantees regarding:

  • ✗ Product suitability, reliability, or continuity.
  • ✗ Realization of expected APR.
  • ✗ Safety or bug-free status of smart contracts.
  • ✗ Security of user funds.

6.2 Limitation of Liability​

In no event shall SwapX be liable for any direct or indirect damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwapX’s total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

7. Dispute Resolution 🏛️​

  • Governing Law: Laws of Singapore.
  • Jurisdiction: Disputes regarding staking must be directed to XoneChain, not SwapX.
  • Arbitration: Unresolved disputes with SwapX services shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

User Acknowledgment ✅​

By clicking "Agree" or accessing the service, I confirm:

  • ✅ I understand XOC Staking is independent of SwapX.
  • ✅ I understand SwapX is a technical interface only.
  • ✅ I bear all risks and losses from using third-party products.
  • ✅ I will not claim rights against SwapX for third-party issues.
